Terms & Conditions
Clear terms for accommodation enquiries, reservations, payments, stays and communication. We keep the arrangements straightforward so that customers know what to expect before confirming a booking.
General Terms
These terms apply to accommodation enquiries, consultation requests and bookings made or discussed with CRADLEY. They are intended to set out the practical arrangements that apply before, during and after a stay.
Agreement
By proceeding with an accommodation enquiry or booking, the customer confirms that they have had an opportunity to review the relevant booking information and agrees to follow these terms together with any specific arrangements confirmed for the booking.
Booking Information
Accommodation details, prices, dates, room types and available facilities are confirmed according to the arrangement discussed with the customer. Website information may be updated from time to time.
Confirmation
Sending an enquiry does not by itself create a confirmed reservation. A booking becomes confirmed only after the relevant accommodation details have been reviewed and the booking arrangement has been confirmed through an official communication channel.
Availability
Accommodation availability can change at short notice. A room, date or accommodation option should not be treated as reserved until the booking has been formally confirmed.
Booking & Consultation
Customers can contact CRADLEY to discuss accommodation options, preferred dates and stay requirements before making a final booking decision.
- Accommodation consultation requests should be submitted at least one day before the requested date. Same-day consultation requests are not accepted under the standard booking process.
- A consultation request is not a guaranteed reservation and does not automatically hold a room or accommodation period.
- Customers should provide accurate information about their preferred arrival date, departure date, number of guests and any relevant accommodation requirements.
- Where a specific room or accommodation option has been requested, availability must be checked before confirmation.
- A booking is considered confirmed only after the relevant details have been reviewed and the customer has received confirmation through an official CRADLEY communication channel.
- CRADLEY may request additional information when reasonably necessary to clarify a booking before confirmation.
Prices & Payment
Pricing is based on the accommodation arrangement confirmed with the customer. The final amount depends on the selected room, dates, length of stay and any other agreed booking details.
Accommodation Prices
Prices displayed for accommodation are stated for the relevant booking period. The final price is confirmed before the booking is completed and may vary according to the accommodation option and length of stay.
Payment Arrangements
Payment arrangements are confirmed after the accommodation requirements have been reviewed. Customers will receive the relevant payment information and booking arrangements through official CRADLEY communication channels.
Payment Methods
Available payment methods may vary depending on the accommodation arrangement, length of stay and agreed booking requirements.
Payment Verification
Customers should rely only on payment information supplied through official CRADLEY communication channels. If unexpected payment instructions or account details are received, customers should contact CRADLEY before making any payment.
A price shown during an initial enquiry should not be treated as a final reservation until the accommodation details, dates and applicable booking amount have been confirmed.
Accommodation & Stay
Customers are expected to use the accommodation respectfully and in accordance with the arrangements confirmed for their stay.
Room Use
The accommodation should be used for normal residential and guest purposes consistent with the booking. Customers should take reasonable care of the room, furniture, equipment and facilities provided.
Number of Guests
The number of guests should match the occupancy agreed during the booking process. Additional guests should not be added without prior confirmation where the arrangement requires approval.
Facilities
Facilities are provided according to the selected accommodation option. Certain facilities may be shared, subject to availability, maintenance or reasonable operating requirements.
Reasonable Care
Guests are responsible for using the accommodation and its facilities with reasonable care. Any avoidable damage, loss or misuse may be reviewed separately from the normal booking arrangements.
Changes, Cancellation & Refunds
Customers should contact CRADLEY as soon as possible if their plans change. Cancellation and refund requests are handled according to the applicable cancellation policy.
- Changes to arrival or departure dates are subject to availability and are not confirmed until accepted through an official communication channel.
- Cancellation requests received at least four calendar days before arrival are eligible for a 100% standard refund.
- Cancellation requests received two to three calendar days before arrival are eligible for an 80% standard refund.
- Cancellation requests received one calendar day before arrival are eligible for a 40% standard refund.
- Cancellation requests received on the scheduled arrival date, including no-show situations, are subject to a 0% standard refund.
- Once accommodation has commenced, unused nights are not automatically refundable and any request to shorten the stay may require individual review.
Approved refunds are normally reviewed within 2 business days and initiated within 3 business days. Once initiated, funds will normally appear within 5–10 business days, depending on the relevant bank or payment service. Weekends, public holidays and financial processing times may extend the final arrival period.
Customer Responsibilities
- Customers are responsible for checking booking dates, room type, occupancy and other relevant details before confirming their accommodation.
- Customers should provide accurate and up-to-date contact information so that important booking communications can be received.
- Customers should notify CRADLEY promptly if there is an important change affecting their stay.
- Customers should keep relevant booking, payment and cancellation communications until the arrangement has been completed.
- Customers are responsible for complying with reasonable accommodation instructions communicated before or during the stay.
- Customers should not represent an enquiry, provisional arrangement or unconfirmed request as a confirmed reservation.
Communication
Official Contact
Booking confirmations, payment arrangements, changes and cancellation decisions should be handled through official CRADLEY communication channels.
Response Times
Response times may vary depending on enquiry volume, weekends, public holidays and the nature of the request. Customers should allow reasonable time for a response.
Written Confirmation
Where a change to an accommodation arrangement is agreed, customers should wait for written confirmation before relying on the revised arrangement.
Incorrect Information
If incorrect or incomplete information is supplied during an enquiry or booking, CRADLEY may need to review the arrangement before confirming or amending the booking.
Website Information
- Website content is provided to give customers a general understanding of accommodation options, services and booking arrangements.
- Room descriptions, facilities, prices and availability may change without prior notice where operational circumstances require an update.
- Images, descriptions or other presentation material should not be interpreted as a guarantee that every displayed detail will remain unchanged for every booking.
- Technical interruptions, maintenance or temporary website issues may occasionally affect access to certain information.
- The information available online does not replace the specific booking confirmation issued for an individual accommodation arrangement.
Disclaimer & Limitation
Important Notice
CRADLEY takes reasonable care when presenting accommodation
information and handling booking enquiries. However, no
website can guarantee that every displayed detail will remain
unchanged at all times.
Accommodation availability, room arrangements, facilities,
pricing, access arrangements and operational conditions may
change because of maintenance, scheduling requirements,
availability or other circumstances.
A website enquiry, consultation request or provisional
discussion does not create a guaranteed accommodation
reservation. Only a confirmed booking should be relied upon
as evidence that the relevant accommodation arrangement has
been secured.
CRADLEY will make reasonable efforts to communicate material
changes affecting a confirmed arrangement where practical.
However, CRADLEY cannot be responsible for delays, disruption
or loss caused by circumstances outside its reasonable
control, including communication interruptions, technical
failures, maintenance, transport disruption, changes in
availability, public events, weather conditions or other
circumstances that could not reasonably have been prevented.
Where an unexpected situation affects an accommodation
arrangement, CRADLEY will seek to communicate with the
customer and consider a reasonable solution based on the
circumstances and the applicable booking terms.
Customers remain responsible for providing accurate booking
information and following reasonable accommodation
requirements.
Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or limit any
responsibility, right or protection that cannot lawfully be
excluded or limited.
Applicable Arrangements
Booking-Specific Terms
Where a particular accommodation arrangement has additional written conditions, those conditions should be read together with these general terms.
Conflicting Information
If a specific written booking confirmation contains different arrangements for the same booking, the customer should contact CRADLEY for clarification before relying on either arrangement.
Reasonable Interpretation
These terms are intended to explain the practical booking relationship in clear language and should be read reasonably alongside the specific arrangements confirmed for each stay.
Updates
These terms may be reviewed and updated when business, accommodation or operational arrangements change. The latest version published on the website applies to future enquiries unless a different arrangement has already been specifically confirmed.
